Ordering

- We accept all major credit cards.
- All prices in the Product List include VAT unless otherwise
stated/requested.
- At the customer's request, the Kits can be
assembled by us at a minimum charge of £20.00
Postage and Packaging (P&P)
- For security reasons, all internet based orders will be
shipped to the Credit Card's billing address unless otherwise specified by you
and verified by us. Please call
during office hours for further information.
- All orders less than £150.00 will be
charged a minimum of £8.00 P&P. Next day Delivery is available. Please call
during office hours for details.
- The P&P charges for International orders
will depend on the country of destination and in accordance with DHL
International Chart. We will be happy to
use other carriers of your choice if you already have an account with one.
- P&P for Quantity orders are charged according to
DHL International Chart.
- The P&P for International orders
exclude the Import TAX Duties of the country of destination.
Returns and Cancellations
- All orders can be cancelled within 7
days of purchase.
- Goods must be returned in the
original, un-opened manufacturer's packing. Please call during office hours
for a GRN (Goods Return Number) number. All refunds will be made against
GRN numbers and on
the full purchase price only. P&P and other surcharges will not be
refunded. There will be a re-stocking charge of £12.00 for all refunds of this
nature.
- Any goods purchased from us and found malfunctioning, or
otherwise, due to manufacturing faults must be booked in under a GRN and will
be replaced upon satisfactory examination by us. There will be no extra
charges to the customers.
